Covid Procedure

1. The day of the photo session, please make sure all the lights are off, ceiling fans are off, toilet lids are down, blinds are up, trash cans hidden, and the property is the way you want it to look in the photos.

2. All occupants leave before I arrive.

3. I meet your Realtor outside and enter the home alone.

4. I wear a mask while photographing the interior and minimize touching things. This means the home is photographed “as is”.

5. I photograph the exterior.

6. As soon as I have left the property, you may return home!

Thank you for your help with keeping everyone safe and healthy!

Home Preparation for Vacant Homes

Before I arrive, please make sure the following are done:

• Lights off (I will turn on individual lights if needed)

• Ceiling fans off

• Toilet lids down

• Blinds up

• Move cars and trash cans out of view

A spotless home really helps the listing photos look great:

• Clean floors (Dark glossy wood floors show every speck of dirt)

• Wash windows

• Clean mirrors

• Wipe down counter tops

Your listing photos will look even better if the home is staged. If you’re unsure how to stage for your target buyer, professional home stagers offer a range of services, from staging the entire home using their own inventory to a short consultation with specific recommendations for you to complete. I am happy to personally recommend Harmony in Your Home.
