Pricing and Policies

Every photo session includes the following:

• 25-35 photos for $150.00.

Same day delivery.

• One click downloads: no account needed!

• Two versions of each photo: one small JPEG for MLS/web and one large JPEG for print.

• Editing of each photograph.

100% satisfaction guarantee: If you are not happy with the photos and do not use or print them, I will refund your payment.

Availability:

Available by appointment only.

Areas covered:

The Wachusett area of central Massachusetts including Holden, Princeton, Rutland, Sterling, West Boylston, Boylston, Paxton, Clinton, and Westminster.

Payment:

I accept checks at the shoot or PayPal and credit/debit cards on delivery.  Use the "Pay Now" button below to pay with a credit card.  The transaction will be processed by PayPal, but you can check out as a guest and do not need an account.

Listing Photographs

Cancellations:

No charge if canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours prior. $50 cancellation fee if within 24 hours of scheduled appointment.

Image usage:

All images and copyrights produced by Amy Harley remain the sole and exclusive property of Amy Harley. Amy Harley grants to the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and worldwide license to reproduce, publicly display and distribute the images in perpetuity for the purpose of marketing the property and for self-promotion. The client may not share images with or sell images to stagers, designers, architects, builders, buyers, real estate agents, or any other third party.
