How to schedule
Available by appointment, primarily weekdays.
The Wachusett area of central Massachusetts including Holden, Princeton, Rutland, Sterling, West Boylston, Paxton, Clinton, North/West Worcester, and Westminster. I may be able to accommodate longer commutes as I am available and with a travel fee.
Please make sure the home is ready for photos before I arrive. I’ve prepared a checklist to help homeowners get their home ready for photo day (see above menu).
I typically spend one hour at the property. I’ll start by doing quick a walk-through with you so I know which rooms to include, what to highlight, and any areas to avoid in the photos. If you feel the home needs further tidying, cleaning or staging at this point, we can reschedule for $50.
The homeowner does not need to be present for the photo session, unless FSBO.
I accept cash, check, Venmo or PayPal at the photo session or credit cards on delivery. Use the "Pay Now" button below to pay with a credit card or PayPal. A 10% late fee is charged if payment is not received within two weeks of the photo session.
No charge if canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours prior. $50 cancellation fee if within 24 hours of scheduled appointment.
All images and copyrights produced by Amy Harley remain the sole and exclusive property of Amy Harley. Amy Harley grants to the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and worldwide license to reproduce, publicly display and distribute the images in perpetuity for the purpose of marketing the property and for self-promotion. The client may not share images with or sell images to stagers, designers, architects, builders, buyers, real estate agents, or any other third party.
